A list of Do's and Donts: Studio Check List
1. The retainer is due at least 48 hours before your rental
2. Payment can be made via cash, Paypal (to kbreak/AT/kevinbreak.com ), Visa or MasterCard. No personal checks, business checks must have matching proof of address and DL, C/C. 3. The retainer is not refundable; it prevents anyone else from taking that time slot. 3.1 Please do not arrive early. The studio may not be open, or it may be hosting a previous shoot. If you wish to bump up your call time, arrange it in advance. 4. The rental starts when people begin setting up. The rental ends when people are packing up to leave. 5. Furniture and grip/lights must be returned to their approximate positions before the rental. 5.1 Glitter/confetti is not allowed in the studio. 5.2 You can bring champagne or wine and beer. Liquor is not allowed inside. 6. Rental trash shall be taken out. Ask for trashbags, they will be given. 7. The renter is responsible for the condition of anything used such as lights and furniture. Burned out bulbs can be purchased on Amazon before exiting the studio. 7.1 Spills must be cleaned up by the renter or paying a fee to be negotiated. 8. Care must be taken not to annoy the neighbors or restrict access to any public spaces on the grounds. 9. Lights should be turned off when not in active use; excessive electricity is billable. 10. Terms and conditions can change without notice. 11. Not responsible for items left behind past 14 days. 12. Damage and wear to the cove is billable; if paint only, 60$, if physically damaged, the cove must be repaired or replaced, minimum charge 500$. Posted on 09 Jul 2010 by kbreak
